With internationally advanced fully automatic continuous production lines, we maintain an annual capacity of 2 million square meters of insulation panels and over 20,000 sets of industrial and cold storage doors. Formed by one-time constant temperature continuous foaming with fluorine-free polyurethane. Features high adhesion with surface steel plates, thermal insulation coefficient K≤0.5W/m2ºC, and density ≥45kg/m³. The 0.5mm Bao-Steel galvanized panels are treated with electrostatic polyester paint to ensure color durability for over 15 years.
Equipped with an Electronic Limiting Motor (380V/220V) displaying fault codes and cycle counts. Includes temperature-sensitive relay and overload protection. Features a manual sprocket for safety, a standard wireless remote control (100m range), and an operating speed of approximately 250mm/s.
The system uses 60Si2Mn oil-tempered torsion springs, precision-engineered for a minimum of 30,000 cycles. Safety devices include broken cable protection, broken spring protection (stops within 20cm), and wireless safety airbags for obstruction rebound.

Packing: Sectional doors are packed in seaworthy wooden cases. Panels and accessories (motors, control boxes) are packed separately for protection.
Shipping: Standard terms include EXW, FOB, C&F, CIF, and DDP. Typical lead time is 2-4 weeks after order confirmation.
